Meet Dr. John Voler
On Being a Dentist
I am truly blessed to be able to do what I love for a living, while helping my friends and neighbors improve and maintain their oral health. I love changing smiles, one person at a time, and giving people alternatives to better their dental health. It’s fulfilling to help people feel healthier and more confident in all aspects of their lives.
It’s equally as fulfilling to spend my days caring for and talking with wonderful people, and developing long-term relationships based on mutual trust and respect.
Education and Continuing Education
Undergraduate degree – Juniata College
Doctorate of Dental Medicine – Temple University School of Dentistry
Three-year tour, United States Navy Dental Corps, Great Lakes Naval Base
Each year I participate in both classroom and hands-on continuing education courses. I believe continuing education is essential and enables me to provide the best and newest treatment options for my patients. I have personally taken over 1,000 hours of continuing education since graduating dental school.

Personal Life
I’ve lived in Lancaster County for most of my life. When I’m not working, I prefer to spend time with my wife Melissa and our three daughters: Rebecca, Olivia, and Kathryn. My daughters are all very kind, beautiful, and intelligent human beings. I love that when I look at them I see my wife in all of them.
