Associate Dentist
Cocalico Dental is a growing, fee-for-service practice serving a close-knit rural community. With steady patient flow and ongoing expansion of services, the practice is seeking a long-term associate who values both clinical excellence and meaningful relationships. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the practice and community.
- Technology: Digital radiographs, CBCT, EHR, digital scanning
- Facility expansion: Currently in planning stages
Location: Denver ~1 hour from Philadelphia)
Compensation & Benefits
- 35% of production (FFS practice)
- Annual CE allowance: $2,500
- Health insurance premiums are fully covered
- Additional benefits: Continuing Education support, insurance coverage
Schedule
- Flexible schedule depending on the day
- No evenings past 5:00 PM
- Ability to coordinate with other doctors if schedule adjustments are needed
Clinical Scope
We are open to dentists at varying experience levels. Ideal candidates will be comfortable with:
- General dentistry (required baseline)
- Endodontics and extractions (preferred)
Mentorship & Growth
- Structured mentorship through case presentations and treatment plan reviews
- Chairside guidance (“over-the-shoulder” support) as needed

Expanded Function Assistant/Surgical Assistant

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a licensed Pennsylvania EFDA who is:
- Clinically confident and detail-oriented
- Efficient, dependable, and professional
- Comfortable in a busy practice with high expectations
- Motivated to learn and expand their skill set
Responsibilities include:
- Performing high-quality EFDA restorative procedures
- Assisting with surgical procedures, including extractions and implant placement
- Working with CBCT imaging, Invisalign, and advanced dental technology
- Educating patients clearly and confidently about treatment
- Collaborating with doctors and team members to deliver exceptional care
