"I have to say, my experience with Dr. Pranckun was nothing short of amazing. Before I went to see him, I was absolutely terrified of dentists. I hadn't been to one in over 20 years because of my fear. I finally decided to face my anxiety when I needed a bad crown removed and some prep work for an implant. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was treated like a valued customer. The staff was welcoming and genuinely caring, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Pranckun was wonderful—he explained everything he was going to do and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The work he did was great, and I can honestly say I no longer dread going to the dentist. If you're like I was—nervous, afraid, or even petrified of dental work—I highly recommend this team. They really know how to help you feel relaxed and cared for!"

"Such a positive experience at the office for my 83-year-old father, who was a new patient who had a broken tooth with an infection. We were able to get him in for an appointment quickly when no one else could. They were able to do a tooth extraction at the initial visit, which was very convenient since he lives at a nursing home and is wheelchair bound. The entire staff was very accommodating, kind, and helpful from the first phone call to checking out at the end of the appointment. The cost of the visit and extraction was very reasonable. I definitely recommend Cocalico Dental!"

They did not rush me, were comforting, and explained everything. I had three teeth removed. Two were broken. They were all infected. Even the receptionists were caring and patient with me.
