No, we don't accept walk-ins, but we prioritize dental emergencies and will do our best to accommodate you on the same day when possible.

What hours is your office open?
We are open Monday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Tuesday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to get your insurance on file (if applicable) and fill out any outstanding paperwork.

How do I transfer dental records?
Transferring your dental records is a simple process. Just contact your former dental office and let them know you’d like your records sent to Cocalico Dental. They’ll have you sign a release form, as required for privacy laws, and you’ll provide our name and contact information. Once the form is submitted, your former office will securely send your X-rays, treatment notes, and dental history directly to us.
